Trip bang classic face plant
Bounding running power and pace
Before you run tie your lace

Gather round sit down sit down
On seat and chair and even ground
Absorb the heat dechill your bones
The flames tickle and sticks groan.

A black shadow chasing dark
A bright eye containing spark
A warm coat preventing cold
Sitting now as good as gold.
